Vacation Home Booking Procedure If you want to book that price always stays the same . We then either post or e-mail a booking form which ever you prefer. Once the completed booking form and $400 per stay deposit is received we will forward on a receipt this deposit holds the home in your name. Six to eight weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance Also $300 security deposit we then forward on a receipt. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you. Directions to the home. Lockbox number for the key. Management company phone number. In the home is a manual with all you need to know. One week after your return security deposit will be refunded
