mid season from $1250 or £695 per week
Mar/ Apr/ May/ Sept & Dec
high season from $1430 or £795 per week
Jun/ Jul/ Aug/ Oct this also includes Easter Christmas and Thanks Gliving
cancellation policy: deposits are none refundable :
Deposits:- per week $250 or £150 per week
security deposit.This is a standard charge and is refundable on completion of the management inspection.
Full rental payable 8 weeks prior to stay,
pool heating charges $180 or £100 per week (this is usually needed October to April)
Cleaning fee for less than 7 nights $90 or £45
